Hi, I’m Sarah - an accredited coach, trainer and passionate believer that people are capable of far more than they often give themselves credit for.

With over 20 years’ experience in coaching, leadership development, and behavioural change, I work with individuals and teams, helping them build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change - both at work and in life.

My approach blends behavioural psychology, emotional intelligence, and real-world practicality. In simple terms: I help people understand what’s really holding them back, and give them the tools (and belief) to move forward.

I’ve designed and delivered leadership programmes that have improved engagement, boosted productivity, and reduced staff turnover - but what matters most to me is how people feel as a result of the work we do. More confident. More capable. More themselves.

I’m also a real-life bucket lister. I’ve climbed mountains including Mont Blanc, taken my two young children on a family gap year around the world, and I’m always up for trying something new - whether that’s seaweed foraging, shuffle dancing, or anything else that sounds slightly outside my comfort zone (which, in my experience, is usually where the good stuff happens).

Bucket List Lab is a space designed to help people reconnect with what they truly want, bring more fun and adventure into their lives, and actually start living those “one day” goals.

Because life isn’t just about performing well - it’s about enjoying it too.

When I’m not coaching or running workshops, you’ll usually find me outdoors, planning the next adventure, or saying yes to something new (with varying levels of coordination and success!).
